Ingredients

  1. 200-250g cherry tomatoes
  2. A bunch of lettuce
  3. 60-70g feta cheese
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. 1-2 lemons
  6. 1-2 tsp salt
  7. 1-2 tsp of oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Wash the lettuce well and tear the large leaves into half.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into 1cm cubes.
  4. In a bowl, add cherry tomatoes, lettuce and feta cheese. Add olive oil, salt, oregano and lemon juice. Mix well.

<aside> 💡 Using lettuce: Wash lettuce well and make sure you clean the sides of each leaf.
