Ingredients

  1. 100g arugula leaves
  2. 6 fresh figs
  3. 1/2 ball of burrata cheese
  4. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  6. 1 tsp mustard
  7. 1-2 tsp minced garlic
  8. Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, minced garlic and pepper to make the dressing for the salad.
  2. Wash the arugula leaves thoroughly. Remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, toss the leaves with 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing.
  4. Transfer the leaves to a flat dish.
  5. Wash the fresh figs and cut them into quarters. Place the pieces on top of the salad leaves.
  6. Tear the burrata cheese and garnish the salad.

<aside> 💡 Using salad leaves: Wash salad leaves well and make sure you get rid of all the dirt.
