Ingredients
- 100g arugula leaves
- 6 fresh figs
- 1/2 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, minced garlic and pepper to make the dressing for the salad.
- Wash the arugula leaves thoroughly. Remove the stems.
- In a bowl, toss the leaves with 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing.
- Transfer the leaves to a flat dish.
- Wash the fresh figs and cut them into quarters. Place the pieces on top of the salad leaves.
- Tear the burrata cheese and garnish the salad.

💡 Using salad leaves: Wash salad leaves well and make sure you get rid of all the dirt.
